BAYERN Munich defender Daniel van Buyten has hinted that he could be interested in a move to Arsenal.
Reports suggest the imposing defender has caught the eye of Arsene Wenger, who is understood to be in the market for a centre-back, having seen his side concede fifteen league goals in just thirteen games.
The 30-year-old Belgium international has struggled to hold down a regular place at the Allianz Arena under Jurgen Klinsmann, and he admitted that a move to Arsenal was an 'attractive' option.
"Arsenal are a very attractive club. That goes without saying," Van Buyten told the Daily Star.
"When we reach the mid-season break I will take stock of my situation at Bayern. There is still time for me to make a decision.
"At present I'm not getting to play as many games for Bayern as before. I am concentrating on trying to get back into the side."
