A WOMAN has been prosecuted for being a noise nuisance to her neighbours.
Particia Power, of Trotwood, in Chigwell, admitted breaching a noise abatement notice at her home when she appeared before Harlow Magistrates' Court on August 12.
She was fined £50 and order to pay £50 costs.
Epping Forest District Council prosecuted after environmental health officers witnessed noise coming from the property in May which was in breach of a notice served six months earlier.
