A DISTURBANCE near the site where tributes to murdered teenager Charles Junior 'CJ' Hendricks have been laid has led to arrests.
A witness said there was shouting at the scene beside Walthamstow Central bus station around 5.30pm today (Thursday).
Police arrived in two vans and three cars and around six youths were taken away.
The underpass between the bus and Tube stations was initially closed, along with sections of the bus station.
But by 6pm police had left the scene and reopened the station.
