A GANG chased and beat a man who tried to flee a robbery.

The 25-year-old was waiting for a friend on the first floor of a block of flats on Granleigh Road, Leytonstone, when he was approached by seven teenagers.

He was repeatedly punched in the face as members of the gang searched his pockets and stole £50 and a mobile phone.

As he made a desperate attempt to escape the gang, he was caught, pushed to the floor and kicked a number of times.

The man was treated in hospital for a broken nose, cuts and bruising.

The robbers are described as black, between 16 and 20 years old and wearing dark clothing.

Anyone with information on the attack, which happened on Tuesday, November 11 at 7pm, is asked to call Chingford CID on 8345 3195, or Crimstoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Ferals searching victims for loot then complain when they are searched by Police (if ever).

The Police are now a reactionary 'service' these days. No longer a 'Force'. Rare to be seen on the streets that are now controlled by the baddies and ferals who instill fear into the average person. The Police have lost control of the streets. All we see nowadays is the ridiculous sight of 'plastic' PCSO's known amongst the regular Police as 'Police Canteen Support Officers'.

No powers or brainless wanabees. 'Blunkett's Bobbies, a poor excuse for the real thing on 25 grand a years for walking around aimlessly.

The real Police are chasing Motorists, Squirrel killing allotment holders and OAP's for taking their own Newspaper out of the recycling bins.
