WEST HAM are interested in signing Shakhtar Donetsk keeper Jan Lastuvka, according to the player.
The 26-year-old's spell in the Ukraine looks to be over after stints spent on loan at Fulham in the 2006-7 season and then at German side Bochum last term.
And it appears as though the Irons - who earlier this week allowed back-up keeper Richard Wright to rejoin Ipswich - have already tabled an offer for the Czech Republic-born stopper.
"The offer from West Ham is there," said Lastuvka. "The club wants me and going back to the English league is definitely interesting."
However, Lastuvka added that the two clubs were struggling to see eye-to-eye over his valuation, adding: "Unfortunately, the negotiations have become very complicated on certain matters."
