One Big Brother contestant could be £50,000 richer on Wednesday after a "nomination face-off" where housemates will be forced to determine who will be up for eviction in front of each other.
Presenter Davina McCall will host two live shows - the first at 9pm will show highlights of the last 24 hours in the house.
In the second at 11.05pm, housemates will have to reveal their true feelings for each other as they nominate in front of the rest of the group.
The two facing this Friday's public vote will then go head-to-head in a game of jeopardy to win £50,000.
The winner of this task could go on to scoop the final prize of £100,000 if they survive eviction.
Mohamed secured his place in the final week of Big Brother after being voted the new head of house.
He is now immune from eviction in this Friday's vote.
On Monday the housemates were asked to vote for the final head instead of making nominations for eviction.
Mohamed received four votes, while Kathreya received three votes. Rachel, Darnell and Lisa each received two votes and Sara, Michael and Rex received one nomination each.
